Please do not use the damaged product for now. Contact us with your order number and a short description. Photos of the product and packaging help us review the issue. Your statutory rights do not depend on providing photos.

Please also contact us with your order number if tracking shows damage or that the parcel is being returned to us. We will check its status and discuss the next steps.
